Mini Rustic Baguette with Smoked Pork Steak

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread open using the smile technique
  2. Spread 50 gr. (maximum amount) of the aromatic mustard spread on the top and bottom of the baguette
  3. Place the lettuce with the curly side facing outwards
  4. Then alternatively place the Graviera and the smoked pork steak like a domino
  5. Place more lettuce with the curly side facing outwards on the domino of ingredients
  6. Place the tomato slices in domino pattern (first the lettuce then the tomato so that the sandwich does not moisten)
