- Mix all ingredients together and spread mixture on a baking tray.
- Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes.
Proposal: switch chocolate chips with Goji berries, cranberries, dried nuts and cereals. If desired, top with a sugar-oat mixture, i.e. 400 gr oat flakes, and 250 gr. brown sugar. Before adding the topping, drizzle with egg white or syrup.
