With tremendous success the first \u201cBread Festival\u201d, which is organized by \u201cLoulis Mills\u201d in association with the Bakery Union and the Chamber of Magnesia, took place in Volos.<\/p>\r\n
For four whole days, Friday 13\/10 to Monday 16\/10, children and adults had the opportunity to visit a pavilion, especially featured for the occasion, at Volos seaside, and to participate in this big \u201cBread\/Bakery festival\u201d .The main purpose of this event was for the citizens to come close with the true value of the traditional fresh bread, which only in their neighborhoods\u2019 bakeries can find!<\/p>\r\n
Magnesia\u2019s bakers performed live baking show for the visitors, and right after that, they\u2019ve shared the freshly made products to the people. Meanwhile, special actions for the children were being held regarding bread and nutrition, and a nutritionist expert spoke about the \u201cfood pyramid\u201d, giving valuable advices for a balanced diet and the great importance of bread in it.<\/p>\r\n
Mrs. Evi Louli, Sales and Marketing Director of \u201cLoulis Mills S.A\u201d mentioned characteristically: \u201cOur vision for this festival has started three years ago. Eventually, we have the great pleasure to watch it coming true, with the support of the Bakery Union of Magnesia and our sponsors of course. Our main purpose is for the people to get in touch with the grinding of the wheat procedure, the kneading and the baking of fresh bread\u201d.<\/p>\r\n
