Crispy Oat Cookies


  1. Beat the eggs well on the high speed for 10 minutes using the whisk (opt for room temperature eggs), while on the same speed add the sesame oil and lastly the brown sugar. 
  2. Continue by adding the cinnamon, vanilla and baking powder.
  3. Reduce the speed and add the oat flour, raisins and beat for 3 minutes. 
  4. Mold into shape and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
