Rustic Muffins with Yeast & Leavened Dough

Instructions

For the leavened dough

  1. Mix in all the ingredients and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes until the mixture rises.

For rustic muffins 

  1. Mix the leavened dough with the Rustic muffin ingredients with the paddle attachment on the 1st speed for 2-3 minutes and another 2-3 on the 2nd speed.
  2. Fill the baking tins and leave for one hour until they rise.
  3. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
