“Tribute to the Thessaloniki Simit” Workshop

The “Tribute to the Thessaloniki Simit” workshop organised by Loulis Mills on Thursday, 31 May, at the premises of the Greek Baking School in Keratsini, was a great success. The simit is an integral part of Greek bakeries and a daily customer favorite. During the workshop, both the classic beloved recipe, as well as 6 other unique variations, were demonstrated by the company’s technicians, Mr. Lamprou and Mr. Fricker.
