Cheese Pie with Kourou Pastry


  1. Using the paddle, mix all the ingredients together in the mixing bowl.
  2. Place dough in refrigerator for 30 minutes and cut into 120 gr pieces.
  3. Mold into ball, press well into a round shape.
  4. Then fill with cheese and fold over to form crescent shape.
  5. Coat with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  6. Bake at 180-200°C for 20-25 minutes.
