Organic Whole Wheat Country Bread

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for 5 minutes on the 1st speed and for 5 minutes on the 2nd speed.
  2. Allow dough to rest in a bowl in the fermentation chamber for 20-30 minutes. Cut dough into 450 gr. pieces.
  3. Lightly mold into bread loaf and sprinkle with flour.
  4. Place on cloths with the seam on top.
  5. Ferment for about 30-40 minutes, turn upside down and bake with steam at 210°C with gradual reduction of steam for about 45 minutes.
