Ingredients

1.000 gr. Cake Mix
1.000 gr. moist mixture (see below ingredients and recipe)
100 gr. finely-chopped glazed fruit
150gr. fresh cranberries
zest of half an orange
zest of half a lemon

Moist mixture

375 gr. water
375 gr. oil

Beat for 1 minute on the first speed, 2 minutes on the second speed and 2 minutes on the third speed

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased tin.
Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
