Christmas Cake with Self Raising Flour

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar with the margarine on high speed until fluffy. slowly add the eggs
  2. Then slowly add the glucose and the honey until the dough is a homogeneous mixture. lastly, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the lemon-orange zest, the cinnamon and the cloves
  3. Fill the baking tins with the mixture and bake at 170°c-180°c for 40-45’
  4. When it is cooled down, sprinkle with icing sugar
