- Beat the sugar with the margarine on high speed until fluffy. slowly add the eggs
- Then slowly add the glucose and the honey until the dough is a homogeneous mixture. lastly, add the sifted flour with the baking powder and the lemon-orange zest, the cinnamon and the cloves
- Fill the baking tins with the mixture and bake at 170°c-180°c for 40-45’
- When it is cooled down, sprinkle with icing sugar
