Chocolate Cake

INGREDIENTS

• 1.000 gr. Cake Mix
• 1.000 gr. moist mixture (see below ingredients and recipe)
• 200 gr. chocolate chips
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• 50 gr. brandy
• chocolate glaze (if desired)

Moist mixture

• 375 gr. water
• 375 gr. oil
  Beat for 1 minute on the first speed, 2 minutes on the second speed and 2 minutes on the third speed.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased tin of your liking
2. After baking at 180°C for 40 minutes coat with chocolate glaze
