Fruit Cake

INGREDIENTS

• 1.000 gr. Cake Mix
• 1.000 gr. moist mixture (see below ingredients and recipe)
• 100 gr. finely-chopped glazed fruit
• 150gr. fresh cranberries
• zest of half an orange
• zest of half a lemon

Moist mixture

• 375 gr. water
  375 gr. oil
  Beat for 1 minute on the first speed, 2 minutes on the second speed and 2 minutes on the third speed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients together and place in a greased tin.
2. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
