Sweet Rustic Breadsticks

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.500 gr. Εxtra Rustic
  • 20 gr. salt
  • 150 gr. sugar
  • 600 gr. margarine
  • 70 gr. baking powder
  • 60 gr. brandy
  • 550 gr. water
  • 150 gr. chocolate chips
  • 2 pcs of orange zest (thick)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Incorporate all ingredients together for 12-14 minutes on the 2nd speed
  2. Cut the dough into 50 gr. pieces and partially roll out
  3. Rest for 5 minutes and roll out for the final time
  4. Bake at 210°C with good steam for 16-18 minutes
