Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well for the dough
- Allow dough to rest in the fridge for 20’ and cut into 140 gr. pieces
- Roll out the dough into an oval shape using a rolling pin, fill with cream cheese and fold over to forma crescent shape
- Ferment for 20’
- Coat with egg, sprinkle with flax seeds and then bake at 180°C for 30’
