Cheese Breadsticks

INGREDIENTS

• 2.500 gr. Type 70%
• 2.500 gr. Zaharoplastikis
• 50 gr. salt
• 200 gr. sugar
• 100 gr. baking powder
• 1.100 gr. margarine
• 1.100 gr. white wine
• 100 gr. shredded kefalotyri cheese
• 20 gr. chili ketchup

Toppings

• Gouda
• Regato
• Kaseri

INGREDIENTS

1. Mix all ingredients well, except for the toppings.
2. Cut dough into the desired weight, mold and top with Gouda, Regato and kaseri cheese mix.
3. Bake without steam at 190°C for 20-22 minutes.
