Corn Breadsticks

INGREDIENTS

  • 750 gr. Maize Flour
  • 750 gr. Rekor Friganias
  • 500 gr. oil
  • 500 gr. water
  • 75 gr. brandy
  • 45 gr. baking powder
  • 150 gr. Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in the mixing bowl with the paddle on the 2nd speed for about 8-10' until the dough is smooth and soft.
  2. Mold, dip in the water and then in the corn decor.
  3. Bake at 180°C for 35-40'
