Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for 3 minutes on the 1st speed and for as long as necessary on the 2nd speed.
  2. Immediately cut into desired weight, mold and ferment (wet heat) for 40-50 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, bake without steam at 210-215 °C for 12-14 minutes.
