Organic Leavened Whole Wheat Country Bread

Instructions

  1. Mix for 5 minutes on the 1st speed & for 5 minutes on the 2nd speed.
  2. Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Cut and mold the dough into a round loaf. 
  3. Place in a cloth with the seam at the top. Ferment for 30-40 minutes.
  4. Tip over and score. Bake with steam at 200°C for 45-50 minutes.
