Instructions
- Mix for 5 minutes on the 1st speed & for 5 minutes on the 2nd speed.
- Allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Cut and mold the dough into a round loaf.
- Place in a cloth with the seam at the top. Ferment for 30-40 minutes.
- Tip over and score. Bake with steam at 200°C for 45-50 minutes.
