- Mix for 2 minutes on the 1st speed and for 2 minutes on the 2nd speed. Place dough in a bowl and ferment for 40 minutes.
- Then cut dough and place in a baking dish of your liking and sprinkle with white flour. Score crosswise and lightly bake with steam.
- Place 1.000 gr of dough in a medium-sized aluminum baking pan (for baklava)
- Place 600 gr dough in a small-sized aluminum baking pan (15 cm pizza pan)
