Zin Bread


  1. Mix for 2 minutes on the 1st speed and for 2 minutes on the 2nd speed. Place dough in a bowl and ferment for 40 minutes.
  2. Then cut dough and place in a baking dish of your liking and sprinkle with white flour. Score crosswise and lightly bake with steam. 

Proposed solutions: 

  • Place 1.000 gr of dough in a medium-sized aluminum baking pan (for baklava)
  • Place 600 gr dough in a small-sized aluminum baking pan (15 cm pizza pan)
