Zin Cake


  1. Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl until fluffy
  2. Add the icing sugar and oil
  3. On low speed add the yogurt, cinnamon and lastly the baking powder and the flour
  4. Beat the mixture for 1 minute on the 1st speed and for 3 minutes on the 2nd speed
  5. Place 550-570gr of the dough in a half kilo baking tin
  6. Bake the cake at 180°C for 45’
