  1. Beat the icing sugar and butter on high speed for 20-25 minutes. Sift the flour and slowly add the baking powder, soda, cinnamon and mix on low speed until the mixture is homogenized
  2. Lastly, add the toasted and chopped almonds
  3. Mold the dough into desired shape and bake at 160-180°C for about 20-28 minutes
