Smyrna Style Biscuits


  1. Using the whisk, beat the butter and the icing sugar in the mixer on the 2nd speed. Add the eggs one at a time, then the orange, the lemon and the vanilla
  2. Lastly, using the paddle attachment beat the flour with the baking powder on the 1st speed until the dough becomes workable
  3. Mold into the desired shape, coat with the egg and bake at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes
