Butter Biscuits


  1. Beat the butter and icing sugar until the dough is fluffy and then slowly add the milk and the eggs one at a time
  2. Beat on very high speed. Lower the mixing speed and add the vanilla, baking powder, ammonia and confectionery flour (the dough should be slightly soft)
  3. Coat with the egg and bake at 210°C - 220 °C for 18 - 20 minutes
