Corn Bread Sub Sandwich with Cream Cheese & Turkey Meat

Instructions

For the corn rolls

  1. Mix all the ingredients together for 3 minutes on the 1st speed and for 7 - 8 minutes on the 2nd speed. Add the mustard at the end of the mixing process
  2. Immediately cut dough into 150 gr. pieces and mold into the shape of a Thessaloniki simit
  3. Coat with the decor, place on the baking tray and ferment for 40 minutes
  4. Bake with steam at 200°C for about 20 minutes

For the filling

  1. Cut the bread lengthwise and spread the cream cheese on both sides
  2. Add the turkey meat strips around the base of the bread, close and place in the display
