- Mix all the ingredients together, except the feta, for 2 minutes on the 1st speed and for as long as necessary on the 2nd speed.
- Add the chopped feta to the dough until it is mixed well.
- Allow the dough to rest for 60 minutes in a greased bowl.
- Cut dough into 120-150 gr pieces and place on baking tray after light molding.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 210°C for 25-30 minutes.
